Marquette, MI – November 19, 2019 – Twice a year the Marquette Township Business Association meets with the Township Board to discuss business issues in the township. During today’s special meeting, the MTBA donated $500 to the Township Events Committee!
The money will be used to help put on events in Marquette Township like the annual “Catch the Christmas Spirit” Tree Lighting Ceremony that is coming up next Tuesday. Other events the money may go toward could be things like the township’s annual Community Day, the “Catch the Vision” Car Show, or one of the winter hockey events done outside at Lion’s Field Ice Arena.
Pictured are board members and MTBA chairman Frank Stabile presenting the check to Events Committee Chair Todd Noordyk.
