Even the U.P. has seen some effects from Hurricane Sandy moving in from the east coast.
The 1,500 mile storm has dropped snow in Ishpeming and Negaunee Township by the inches. On this Halloween morning there were plows clearing the roads and already a few cars in the ditch!
But in Marquette Township, the roads were clear. It’s just that much warmer in Marquette Township to make the snow turn to rain and to keep the cars on the road.
