Important Site Update from Wildflower Development Group – Heritage Trails Subdivision, Marquette, MI
Attention neighbors and commuters, as we prepare for the next exciting phase of the Heritage Trails development, we have an important update regarding property access.
Effective immediately, the private access road located behind the Michaels and Goodwill in Marquette Charter Township | U.P.(connecting toward Brookton Rd) is PERMANENTLY CLOSED to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Why the change?
Safety First: Due to current icy conditions and the untreated nature of this private drive, it has become a significant safety hazard.
Construction Progress: This area is officially transitioning into an active construction site. The existing roadway will soon be demolished to make way for the new Heritage Trails infrastructure.
Liability: As the new property owners, the safety of the community is our top priority. To prevent accidents, we must restrict access to authorized personnel only.
Note: Main thoroughfares like Brookton Rd/492 remain open and unaffected.
