Marquette Township – September 11, 2013 – Marquette Charter Township residents and business owners are invited to visit the new fire hall, township offices and community room Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5 to 7pm.
We wanted to pass along this notice to fellow business people in our township:
YOU’RE INVITED – On behalf of the Township Board of Trustees & staff, the Community Events Committee cordially invites you to join us for an open house of your new Township Hall/Community Center, and Fire/Rescue Hall.
The open house will be between 5:00 and 7:00pm on Thursday, September 12th with a breif ribbon cutting and dedication at 5:30pm.
Tours of both facilities will be available until 7:00pm. Super One Foods has donated numerous cookies and brownies for all to enjoy. Subs from Jimmy John’s will be served.
The evening will also feature very brief presentations from Township Supervisor Dennis Liimatta, and builders Lynn Swadley and Bromley Hall while you socialize and enjoy light refreshments.
We look forward to seeing you on September 12th to enjoy these new Township amenities!
