“Gwinn Police Memorial Service” IS NOT seeking funding via the mail service.

Jeanette Maki, of the Gwinn Sawyer Chamber and Tim Rector, Chief at the Forsyth Police Department asked us to watch out for “False Funding Solicitation”
It has been brought to the Marquette Business Association’s attention that a blanket mailing is circulating with regards to the “Gwinn Police Memorial Service” seeking funding via the mail service.
Please be advised, the Forsyth Police Department is not seeking funds via the mail service, nor have we ever sought funds for a Police Memorial Service.
