Just a quick update for you in the township: American TV and Furniture signed the papers yesterday, Household Appliance will be franchising with Art Van Furniture in the purchase of the American TV and Furniture building.
As of now, the rest of the businesses will remain the same. Auto Zone is
still going to raze the UP-EMS building this summer on the corner and replace it with their business; they will still share the driveway with the new Art Van owners (the driveway closest to the Commerce Drive intersection will be closed).
