The construction zone west of Lowes in Marquette is known as the “retail ABC” and after Dick’s Sporting Goods pulled out due to economic issues, T.J. Maxx and Pet Smart will occupy the building.
T.J. Max will occupy 13,000 square feet and Pet Smart will occupy part of the 24,000 square feet left over. Another linens store for women is expected to occupy the remaining portion of the building.
The site west of Lowes is under construction now and the stores are expected to open in August.
